Oto jest świat, który zbudowałeś,
Który wyłoniłeś z twojego snu.
Dzisiaj już wiem jak się bardzo bałeś,
Kiedy ci zabrakło dla wszystkich tchu.

Dałeś nam wiele,
Ale nauczyłeś kochać tylko ciebie.

A oto my - w złocistej koronie,
Naszych małych braci oślepia blask.
Jeśli to jest twoje podobieństwo,
Które jak przekleństwo zapisał ktoś -

Jak wytłumaczysz,
Że morze słone jest od tylu małych łez?

Oto jest świat, który się zaczyna,
Który się wyłania spomiędzy nas.
Wyjdźmy przed dom, bo to jest ta chwila
By pożegnać razem miniony czas.

Siądźmy na ziemi.
Niech się dopełni.
Taki dzień jest może już ostatni raz!

THE LAST PSALM

So this is the world you've built,
The one that emerged from your dream.
And I know today how afraid you were,
When you ran out of breath for everyone.

You gave us a lot,
But taught to love only you.

And here we are - in a golden crown,
Our little brothers blinded by its glow.
If this is your likeness,
Which someone scribbled down like a curse -

How would you explain
That the sea is salty with so many little tears?

So this is the world that begins,
The one that emerges among us.
Let's go outside together, for this is the moment
To say goodbye to the time past.

Let's sit on the ground.
Let it complete itself.
A day like this may be for the last time!
